Now there’s vehicle damage, and they get into an argument. So who is right? In this case, I think the tow truck driver is wrong regardless of why he’s there.

That is what you do when you don’t notice someone in your building. He tells this woman it’s against the law to call the police on an elected official. He later made a TikTok video saying that this is racism & that is a hate crime to call the police on a “person of color” if there’s no threat to public safety.
