This lady lives out in the country. Her house is down a long gravel dirt road. She said that the residents there have imposed a 10 mph speed limit. This delivery driver coming up behind her, went speeding down the road according to her. So, she is in her golf cart and driving 10 mph to slow him down on his way out. She said it’s a respect issue. Many people said she has no right to do that. She says she owns the easement rights and the road is a private easement and other nigh it’s live down that road as well.
