Slice it thinly into strips, top with lots of fresh cilantro and drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil, copious amounts of raw honey and a large pinch of sea salt. It’s that easy. Why should we eat raw meat? Higher digestibility, higher nutrients, quicker for repair, less toxic byproducts from cooking, higher water soluble vitamin content, better energy utilization… the list goes on.
