I’d recommend Wristwatch Revival on YT to scratch that itch until you can find some classes; Marshall typically does WotC coverage for MtG events, but he’s an amateur watchmaker in his free time!

There's a dude on tiktok that has a super thick accent but he repairs these really old tools that he has, everything from re-sharpening them, giving them a new handle, showing just how they work and I love it everytime

Last year I fell down a rabbit hole of watching watch restoration videos. I don't have anywhere the steady enough hands to try it myself, but it's just so cool to watch.

Arcade cabinets is my thing

I was wanting to get into watchmaking and restoration after I saw Pierce Brosnan's "what's in my bag" type video and he said that his friend made his watch for him. It's such a beautiful hobby but so far I just bought a simple kit and have been watching videos lol
