“There’s free speech and then there’s hate speech”. Wow, never heard that one before. If it wasn’t already, it should be clear to everyone by one that the Trump administration doesn’t give a shit about free speech; indeed, on Israel-Gaza, they’ve been cracking down on free speech on an unprecedented scale. This is why its faux outrage (Vance’s little speech) at censorship in Europe and elsewhere — though the latter is a very real problem — is clearly not based on a principled stance but is simply a tool through which to advance certain strategic goals that have a nothing whatsoever to do with free speech, as I explained in a recent interview about our report on the French censorship-industrial complex. Marc Stein on a possible Klay Thompson buyout: “To this point as much has been relayed to me is the Mavs preference would be a trade. I think it’s still early enough in the summer that if you’re the Mavs you would exhaust those options first, but there’s stuff we have to keep an eye on it.” The Heat are hoping Klay is one of the shooters that ‘shake free’ soon.

emily chang: if you could choose one thing for people to know the truth about you, what would that one thing be? meghan: no one's even asked me that. what a great question. i just want people to know that i'm a real person. and i think a lot of that gets lost in what can be super dehumanizing when you look at the clickbait culture and how much is written about someone... my kids will see those magazines, and we all know mom's gossip. and so, i have to make a choice to move through the world as myself in spite of all the noise that's created. but maybe there would be less noise if people remembered that 'im a real person. #TheCircuit

Bianca and Eliza, Dustin and Marco are the perfect examples that when two people have built a strong foundation, no amount of noise will matter.. The mere fact that even after being outside PBB they’re still together only means one thing..what they learned and discovered about each other is something they liked even more. Otherwise, these couples would’ve called it quits a long time ago. But look at them now. At this point, forcing them to be paired with somebody else is just a waste of time. In 1995, I had a futuristic thought! I was sitting at the Rusizi border post, far from Kigali, surrounded by the Mukotanyi uniform or, as many people called it, Madowadowa. We had nothing with us! Food and water were scarce. Interahamwe and Ex-FAR were plentiful in Bukavu and Goma. Everyone around me though had one thing in common: HOPE. We hoped because we knew that, given opportunities, we would make Rwanda the dream of Africa. I knew we were determined people, and I knew that one day Rwanda would rise. Bro, Rwanda has come a long way. I watched this country rise from the depths of hell. No one will ever turn me against Rwanda or against Afande Paul Kagame. I am a living witness. This UCI is just the beginning.

By exactly 2:03am this morning, I was on a call, usually I would be ontop my bed but I decided to be in my living room where they was mosquitoes, I got in the room and was about to go shower because they was no light when I heard rumblings, I ran outside and the whole thing fell, what are the chances of me not laying on my bed by 2:03am, I would have been dead. If there’s a man to pray, there’s a God that listens, God is faithful.

I had been on the street for 1 minute and was still quietly setting up my tripod — which would be broken two minutes later in a separate assault — and this man felt compelled to spit at me for wearing a sign that says “children cannot consent to puberty blockers.” Guess what? You don’t get to spit at me and walk on like nothing happened. In a proper world you’d be arrested.

When I was in first grade, a boy that sat near me would tape mirrors to his shoe and look up the girl's dresses, including mine. He told me his daddy taught him that. 😲 He would later grow up to be the number one man wh* re of our entire high school. I saw that coming from a mile away. 😳

WOW 😮 Candace Owens unsurprisingly LIED about her trip to Russia‼️ And when you take a closer look at who her fellow guest speakers are you’ll start to understand why. Ben Shapiro went over just a few of the names that will be in attendance but Ryan Mauro has the whole breakdown on his page. Candace knows this is a terrible look which is why she’s trying to avoid the topic. She hyped up and promoted her Catholics for Catholics speech for over a month before the event. So there’s definitely a reason why she failed to mention this one.

A quick (actually not very quick) update about World Indoors in Glasgow this year Apologies for the language at the end. Got a little fired up thinking about that Glaswegian crowd and how they will get behind our athletes. Also, translating for my non-Scottish pals, “gie it laldy” is to give it your all - in this case, for our crowd, means get very loud. And they’ll do just that Thank you to everyone in my corner helping me through this. I’m a lucky boy to be surrounded by incredible people that inspire me to pay it back every single day
