Where is the scientific data to back up your claims? I guess you didn’t research creatinine monohydrate at all..

@FitnessDr_ Bullshit on creatine that’s been debunked - she’s probably going off what she learned in medical school in 1842

I’ve been taking high dose vitamin C for 20 years. No issues. Up to 45 grams depending on how sick I feel. The kidney issue was proven false years ago. Eat calves liver, cod liver oil and exercise.

Yes very true. I almost died last after a kidney stone surgery. Thank God, God gave me another chance in life. Having other health issues but I don't care. All I care is in still alive and recuperating.

This is AI and it is harvesting email addresses from everyone who answers 'yes'. Please don't respond to any talking head that says that they will send you something for free. It's not free but all it costs is your email address.

I have CKD. 2 K specialists listed all these as kidney killers. Cut out all and Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, nuts / seeds. Alcohol too. Numbers back up. Kidney stones rare. If I don't take in enough water, one kidney flares up.

I learned the hard way that supplements aren’t harmless 💊. Taking high-dose vitamin C daily led to flank discomfort and abnormal labs until I stopped. Excess vitamin C can increase kidney stone risk by forming oxalates. More isn’t better when kidneys must filter everything 🚰🫘
