As a teenager I use to walk a cross Manchester city centre in the evening to get to & from band practise, I wouldn't dream of doing it now, just not safe.

What we need is confidence that if an instance like this occurs your fellow countrymen will put down their phones and jump out of pubs, coffee shops or whatever else to ensure that it is stopped. Our men’s cowardice and lack of brotherly love is why they feel confident they can do it.
