Dalit Orgs of Tamil Nadu are now protesting because they WANT to keep doingsanitation work and not let others take part in it. Why do you think Dalit organizations are protesting this decision? Remember, the upper caste dalits protest to keep sanitation work largely with Dalit community so that they can then use statistics like "90% sanitation workers are dalits".
