YES, I call it black vs black racism, the late Malcolm X mentioned the “crabs in a basket” analogy, illuminating the tendency for black people holding other black people back. Anger over use of the N-Word being the worst slur imaginable when spoken by non-blacks should lose all credibility when the exact same term is normalized when used with one another. Black vs black racism is often enacted vs other black people whose personal lived experiences surpasses victimhood and who have manifested more traditional values than their angry, bitter, and resentful self-identity. Even further, consider how black people reserve the right to use derogatory terms like ‘Coon’ and ‘Uncle Tom’ to stigmatize other black people! I could go on and on but the fact that 75% of violence against black people is committed by other black people proves the point.

“The Talented Tenth”, as described and articulated by W.E.B. Du Bois, accurately argues that there are - at best - only 10 percent of Black Americans capable of higher order coordinated tasks and cognitive assignments. This is “The Negro Problem.”

I would actually say it's the fact that one race thinks that they're better than another or one race thinks that they deserve something because something happened to their own race thousands or hundreds of years ago. Personally, I just see humans or idiots and most of us are idiots.
