i think this is the only right way to handle surrogates by having a contract that says they have no right after birth. surrogates often change their mind when the baby is born and this is just so wrong. surrogate are surrogate not mothers to be.

Neither the Department of Social Protection or the Department of Children and Equality will accept responsibility for the Gender Recognition Act.
