Places where people are starved, beaten, and treated like slaves. Does the Edo State Government even understand what prison is? What if there’s an altercation inside? What if one of these students is injured… or killed? Who will take responsibility then? One of the boys is the only child of his Parent. Right now, she is panicking, crying, her blood pressure rising, begging: “Police no kee my pikin na only him I born.” A child sent to school to study was arrested in his own room.
