Our US dietary guidelines, which are supposed to improve public health, actually place public health at risk because they ignore the biology of food and the biology of the brain 🤯 Our dietary MISguidelines say: 🔸 Base your diet on nutrient-poor carbohydrates like grains and legumes, even though our bodies can make all the carbohydrate we need 🔸 Make sure half of your grains are ultra-processed flours and cereals—refined carbohydrates that destabilize brain chemistry—because these can be fortified with essential nutrients 🔸 Fear red meat, one of nature's best whole food sources of essential nutrients These brain food rules make no biological sense and must be changed if we are serious about public health. I am a medical doctor with a post graduate medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons, class of 2013. This is an internationally recognized and accredited medical school whose degrees are equivalent to the MD degree granted in America, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. I completed my sub-internships at Duke University Medical Center in America in plastics, reconstructive, and maxillofacial surgery, as well as at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin in neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery. I was an intern at Cork University Hospital, and at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin for my second year. After this I took some time off for family reasons as well as to do humanitarian work in the refugee camps in Bangladesh helping the Rohingya refugees who escaped a genocide in Burma in 2017. For nearly 6 years now I have been a practicing physician in Australia, predominantly as a neurosurgical registrar at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, and more recently in my own private metabolic health practice. Or, as my good friend Gabe Brown says, common ground for common good. So, "MAHA" is a very diverse coalition that's growing larger and stronger every day. It also really has nothing to do with which candidate you support or color tribe you belong to despite RFK Jr's association with Trump. Though there are a lot of efforts to work with both sides of the political aisle to better connect food production & food with better health and environmental health outcomes. His only motive was to support a young man who he heard was in the hospital in a life or death situation suffering a terminal illness from his Covid-19 vaccine. He looked my son in the eye and thanked him for his courage speaking out about his injury. Eye to eye. Cody might sound OK, but he was in the hospital for multiple clots in all four limbs and his condition did not respond to the hospital’s multiple month long attempts at anticoagulation therapy. He is terminally ill as he can die of uncontrolled clotting at any time. He had already one stroke and multiple hospitalizations for Pulmonary embolisms in 2021 and 2022 before this 2023 hospitalization. His condition began to rapidly decline and RFK Jr heard about Cody’s plight and stepped away from his own party to call my kid. My son had a blood clot in one of the veins in his brain and three strokes after this call. Bobby Kennedy Jr’s kindness, integrity and intentions are pure. US ticker is AYASF and the Canada ticker is AYA . to. I have owned it for several years. They are producing silver at their mine Zgounder in Morocco. They have a second project, called Boumadine, that will open in the future. They were already making great profits at Zgounder when silver was only $30 per oz. Their profits at $75 per oz are insane. The markets are not valuing the silver mining stocks at $75 per oz yet. Aya can mine silver at $19 per ounce and be breakeven. Their margin at $75 silver is currently $56 per ounce. That means Aya has an estimated annual operating cash flow of $336 million (at $75 silver). That is only for their Zgounder mine which is already operating.
