Rich girl drives off from the gas station, rips the hose she left in her car and no one reported her? Oh, please tell me that isn't Washington State. :-/

I stood in a parking lot and pointed at a lady's purse on the roof of her car. I kept yelling stop and she gave me the finger. As she sped off, her purse flew off, exploding as it hit the road.

I understand that's she was probably really embarrassed for acting like that but she still should have taken the time to thank him and apologize.
