India should have assisted death for Dogs or other pets especially when the are very ill and when owners cannot take care of them, they better go for Assisted death rather than throwing them on streets to suffer and die. Pet dogs are not trained to survive on streets, they are just not made for it. They are either hunted to death by street dogs or get killed in accident or die because of hunger.
