Global wildfire acreages are down 25% since the year 2000. Leaders need to stop blaming wildfires on climate change and start doing what we do best: wildfire prevention and preparedness. We know how to prevent wildfires with forest management, controlled burns and putting out manmade fires. Those actions have nothing to do with lowering our carbon emissions and could start tomorrow! Next time someone blames wildfires on climate change show them this video.

I know why Trump is rooting foreign Carney. Just look at Carney’s record. Six days after Trump announced tariffs, Mark Carney moved his company headquarters out of Canada to New York City, right around the corner from Trump Tower. While Canadians are worried about losing their jobs, Mark Carney was moving jobs to the US. Carney’s leadership is weak, compromised and conflicted and Trump wants to exploit it. After 10 years in power the Liberals have given us the weakest economy in the G7 and driven a half-trillion dollars of investment from Canada to the United States. Now the Liberals want a fourth term? If Carney wins, Canada loses.
