The real data thief is WhatsApp auto-download on cellular plus iCloud backup running in the background. Switch photos, videos and documents to Wi-Fi only and turn off iCloud Backup on mobile data you’ll notice the difference immediately.

I don go different countries o, 10-18GB which is the highest bought I never use am finish for one week and I didn’t set anything

Technically, background app refresh and automatic cloud sync are constantly sucking up cellular bandwidth in the background. Ignoring basic system mechanics just because you want to blame your network provider is just lazy.
