@capitalmind_in @shraychandra Problem is instead of buying treasury bonds (ie issuing longterm debt) at 1% the countries bought faang stocks and in the process bond yields went to 5% with the fall in their demand and the americans instead of providing defence as easily,they started expending on debt servicing
