These two Frontier airlines employees were fired for mocking this passenger. Deserved? I think so. Whatever happened to customer service? They should have fired the male employee too for his comment as well. I’m sure they will file a lawsuit claiming racial discrimination.

Yes. Frontier said they no longer contract with that third party and the customer said he had to spend $500 with Jet Blue just to get home. He said Frontier refunded the money. That third party and these women should be identified so we can avoid them. These lazy women should never be hired by anyone.
