These two women single-handedly destroyed work from home jobs.

Do they get their work done? If so, what's the problem?

I see no problem here. I mean if they're being productive and getting the job done I don't care what they're doing at home.

There's a term to describe these two: "Non-value-added".

My job requires me to be at my place of work 5 days a week. Forgive me if I have zero sympathy for a product manager at a FAANG company making 200K a year, crying about how angry they are that they have to return to the office for 3 days a week.

This is why twitter and Meta fired like 20k people total.

Teleworking during COVID revealed that ~90% of "management" is NVA.

If these 2 employees are productive working from home & they efficiently perform their job duties & responsibilities while providing exceptional customer service, then I don't see a problem.

This isn’t reality though, you can’t have both. What usually ends up happening is you get caught up in some email chain & get pissed off & have to go inside because you need to make a call & you need multiple monitors for whatever it is you’re working on.

Sounds like completely useless positions.
