Doesn't seem like too many people are actually scared of Lucifer. Alastor was willing to openly get on his bad side. The Vs are also overlords, (meaning they'd probably be similar in level of power to Alastor) so MAYBE Valentino would behaved himself a bit better, but only a bit.
