Someone suggested the same prison time for a woman making false allegations against a man as he would've served if convicted. I think this is fair at the very least, you can throw the perversion of the judicial process on top if you like, I'm talking minimum.

I cannot find the study anymore .. i read the original back in the day and now it is so buried under crap studies i cannot get it To get DNA allowed into courts as evidence they did an accuracy study (before dna was well known so no self sorting) 1 out of 3 kids the daddy was not the daddy Blood type study for same thing was 1 out of 4

My alleged father didn’t go to jail but when I became of age I gave him the test he was asking for and I personally apologized to him for everything my family put him through. Mandatory dna testing at birth before a man is to sign a birth certificate or be required to pay.

After that amount of time passed I would still be the boys father.But I would pursue charges and get my money back from her! But laws should be in effect for this and she deserves 25 years in prison.She basically stole an innocent mans life!
