These young running backs today don’t last because they are playing too much football early. Football isn’t meant to be played all year long. #CoachReedLive

Mannnnn, I hope these people are listen to you! Football is about longevity! People think playing 30 to 40 lil league games is developing there kid!

Coach I been saying this for years! Which is why I absolutely refuse to sign my kids up for football at a young young age. They are burnt out and used up b4 the real football begin. I didn’t start playing organized till I was 10 years old and I was fine. They will be too

Amen. Could say there are several other factors as well.

People talk about rbs being overpaid, but what about wrs? There were 2 duo sets in the top 9 in receiving yards on the same teams. 1 got to the wild card. Jefferson played in a wild card. Devante and many other 1,000 yd wrs also didn't make the playoffs.

I agree! My son will not be playing spring football nor specializing in one sport. Must play a new sport for every season or take a break to recover. Kids aren't stretching enough either

This is so on point

I haven't put my kids into it yet but when I was growing up it was about 10 games a year, plus playoffs. Seasonal. All running backs have a limited amount of carries in them before they're done. A lot of pros do between 1-3k total between college+pro. A few legends eclipse 4k.

Ur 100% correct! That’s the exact reason I wouldn’t play my kids in leagues that played over 12 games…After that, complete rest for couple wks and then start training.

I totally agree play something else

Parents, please listen to this. Youth football is out of alignment with what should be taking place.
