There's a part in this when Father Mulcahy is drifting off to sleep while listening to a soldier's confession. As he nods off, the words start to change to Bible verses, till they grow louder and warp into his dream. What an incredible detail.

Honestly the show peaked when Alan Alda called Mako a Son of a Bitch.
