If it's going through the intestines, is it even "effective"? I'm actually curious to know... I don't eat any plants or veggies (carnivore since August 2022) and a perk of this way of eating (meat, eggs, butter, a little dairy and water only) is I'm avoiding processed foods and insecticide/plant poisons. I've been telling people, if for no other reason than to avoid all of that, eat the carnivore way. I mean, the-powers-that-be are now trying to get us to eat bugs so that tells me something! Oh, and the health benefits to this are incredible. 🤷🏼‍♀️
