Yesterday, I saw firsthand how invasive and downright diabolical sea lampreys are — and what will happen to our Great Lakes if we stop work on this invasive species. Sea lampreys attach on to fish and literally suck the life out of them, until there’s no fish to be found. To demonstrate how they they swarm, the scientists had me spit into a barrel of these suckers — and you can see the results yourself. We need support and research to win the war against this and so many other invasive species!
