Danveer Jatav, associated with Bhim Army, was accused of entering a temple during Ram Navami, allegedly vandalising Maa Durga’s idol, abusing Brahmins and threatening villagers by invoking the SC/ST Act. An Ambedkarite taxi driver got angry after his passengers because they used the word “Cha*ar” in a derogatory way. He kicked them out, abused them, and was about to call the police and invoke the SC/ST Act. Then he found out the passengers were themselves SC/ST. So who exactly is being casteist here? If caste discrimination exists within SC/ST itself, why is the General Category always blamed and used as an excuse to demand more reservation?

Sachiv Sandeep Kumar has filed an FIR against RJD MLA Bhai Virendra at Patna's SC-ST police station. While I support Sachiv ji, I also feel this is abuse of SC ST Act. Bhai Virendra did threaten Sachiv ji but he never said something which should attract SC ST Act.
