Obviously - A certain level of education is necessary for ANY Society to function BUT half of Yt Men have NO degree & make the MOST Money collectively by design. Yt Western Europeans as COLONIZERS were 98% illiterate & Those who could read/write did So on a 3rd/4th Grade level

So how come we don’t have 100’s of jails. It’s not like they build prisons every year or even every 10 years.
