Just a comment on your response to the "They aren't marketing Starfield enough". What it's missing is marketing targeted to the mainstream consumer. 45min in a conference watched by some hardcore gamers isn't enough. They need TV commercials, ads, outdoors, stuff like that.

I very rarely buy games day one at full price. What I was hoping to see before launch was someone demoing the game. Not a playable demo. The direct was curated. I want to see someone pick up a controller and run through an in game day. But I’m patient,I can just wait for release.

I do recall Skyrim having a demo at PAX West the September before it’s release. They gave everyone about ten minutes of play time to free roam. A little different since that is a sequel.
