Remember the Kerrygold butter they added canola to make it more spreadable? It’s gone from US shelves and Kerrygold USA website. Good riddance! They currently have three spreadable versions available: Kerrygold with avocado oil Kerrygold wth olive oil Kerrygold “Naturally softer” The Naturally Softer looks kind of suspect to me. It’s made with pasteurized cream and salt which are the same ingredients in its regular butter. But somehow they’ve managed to make those same two ingredients behave differently in the spreadable version. 🤔
