They poured gasoline on innocent people sleeping and set them on fire. I watched this video, and it made me sad. I studied in Nigeria. I loved the challenges as they helped me to face life. I love Nigeria. When I had my children in the UK, I sent them to Nigeria for their secondary school education. My eldest spent 4 years there, and my second child spent 5 years there. To date, they have nothing bad to say about Nigeria. Instead, they are constantly thanking us for that experience, and they even pushed us to go to Nigeria last December. Today, they are both practicing lawyers in the UK and making progress. Kemi Badenoch is not a nice person.

I joined BBC Breakfast this morning to challenge President Trump’s false narrative that terrorist groups in Nigeria are primarily targeting Christians. I argued that Nigerian Muslims and Christians are not competing over who has suffered more. What they want is for the country’s security crisis to be addressed and for their lives to be protected.
