For me personally it's mostly the approach. The hand wave and straight to the can I get you anything. She should roll in with a joke or something get a conversation going not right to the sale. That's gonna cost a shit ton if you ain't a member and even then. But this ain't bad

Change it to “what can I get for you guys today?” And you won’t give people an opportunity to just mindlessly say no. “How many drinks do you guys need?” When you ask stuff differently, they have to actually think if they do want something or not.

She's seems personable and she's pretty. Her approach needs some tuning is all. "Hey ladies! How's your match going?" (I dont know golf terms) we've got water, Gatorade, snacks etc. What can I get you?" Oh not right now? I'll be circling around just wave me down when your ready."
