If special interest projects keep getting CEQA exemptions, it’s time to admit the system is broken and overhaul it for everyone.

He really seems to hate the residents in this state! There wouldn't be a housing crisis if the Biden administration managed the border.

This is just for optics, won’t really have much practical effect on easing the ‘housing shortage’.
