Pregnancy can wreak havoc on blood sugar levels. I had a pregnant co-teacher that never told anyone she was diabetic until something like this happened. She first started getting very giddy. Wish I had known what to look for before she passed out.

Bad acting to show real life issues. Stop doing this kind of bullshit. As a type 1 diabetic I'm highly offended. They jump to looking for sugar while not knowing her bloodsugar. That's how you kill someone. We can passport and collapse like that from a High Bloodsugar as well.
