Great but more than isn't that a failure of the society and Govt there who can't take care of senior citizens like him. The definition of freebie is very selectively and subjectively used by RW people. They can give lakhs of crores to Corporates in the name of tax rate cut and condoning their loans but when it comes to poor people getting their right share in nation's revenue, they start cribbing.
