I can but the Jimmy thing as part of a more enlightened understanding about the spectrum of these sorts of things but what he really lacks to strengthen the read is an actual man he seems to have those feelings for

Yeah he has his old friend but their relationship seemed very platonic. His hatred of Howard is nothing but projection/jealousy, doesn't seem to have any frustrated sexual element. With Lalo he's just afraid, with Walt it's just an opportunity.
