So, I was the super annoying happy go lucky girl in your grade that just seemed to irk people. Bright and bubbly. Had friends who bullied me - idk how many times I went home bad bawled because of how I was treated. When I was in my early 20s one of my friends from high school asked me, don’t you know why we were all so mean to you? It’s because you were always so damn happy and we hated that you were happy. Me, I’m like, what? I wasn’t happy, I was so depressed. I just had the personality that just because I’m having a bad day doesn’t mean I should be mean to others. It legit gobsmacked me.
