"Oh, they are so cute and beautiful and lovely!" Many people will like that and find it sweet and say "I want that too". In reality, it is like that. A cat alone costs money, the litter box always has to be cleaned, a cat scratches a lot, eats a lot, the vet costs money. The cat should be able to go outside and not always be alone. OK, it is not alone with its 5 siblings. But imagine what 6 cats cost, 6x litter boxes (they are still small here), 6x vet visits, 6x food, 6x toys... etc. etc.? What happens when it gets too much, during the holidays, when moving, animals are not allowed in the new apartment?? Do you just abandon them, take them to a kill shelter? People, please do not take or buy cute kittens just because it is totally trendy on social media. A cat can live up to 20 years, it is a member of the family (you are responsible for it) and not a piece of furniture that you simply throw away when it no longer suits your living conditions!! Even if you only have one animal, you should think carefully about getting one, especially if you have 6 cats in total 😱😱!
