No, this is recycled 2023 footage of Dmitry Yakushchenko, a Wagner recruit (ex-con from Crimea) who allegedly deserted in Dnipro. The sledgehammer "execution" was Wagner propaganda to deter desertions later the same day they posted video of him alive, claiming he was forgiven after providing intel. Classic internal psyop.
