Why make a British dub at all is my question

Most Playhouse Disney/Nick Jr. shows from this era received British dubs for shows featuring children actors because they didn’t want the British children to adapt American English accents.

The US tried this as well, Peppa Pig received an American dub but it failed so the original version stayed. I believe Disney tried to commission an American Bluey but the creator didn’t want that so they kept the original Australian version here, just censored lightly.

The Castilian dub was kind of tea ngl, hear the added harmonies after the key change plus Annie being able to sing 😭😭😭

@MAXSCOBELL 5 year old me was so weirded out by this cause for some reason the intro in some episodes has actually two autotune fails (the other one is one the "get ready to explore" part). The thing is, they also had the correct version so idk what happened

I think I have some of that dub in dvd (I used to watch it when I was little), but I got so used to the American voices from YTPs that when I rewatched it I thought my disk was broken lol
