@_NatashaDevon Its not the service we're dissatisfied with its the deliberate underfunding of the service by the Tories over the last 13 years. In 2010 the NHS had the highest satisfaction rate out of developed nations

@_NatashaDevon To your final point @_NatashaDevon, while it may be the service itself that their expressing dissatisfaction with, the cause of that poor service is clearly a lack of staffing, funding and good management, both within the NHS and by the government.
