🚨🇬🇧Meanwhile across the UK &Everyone's Cars have been plastered this week by alleged Saharan Sand - lots of people are collecting it off their cars & proving it is magnetic. The reason given is that the Sand from Africa is transported over 3,500 Miles against prevailing headwinds and heavy rains, only to be dumped all over the UK. And the sand is also clearly magnetic.... 🤣

This crew from 'Patch and Seal' blew a bunch of loose dirt, sand, and broken glass from the parking lot onto the bike lane and sidewalk and then left. They told me "it's the city's problem now." Well, they've been reported to the city, let's see what they think about that.

Orange County California is spending $440,000 to truck in tons of new sand to help stop the eroding coast line Capistrano Beach once had volleyball courts, but those are now gone due to beach erosion This has been tried before, it didn’t work. “Staff with OC Parks say they placed 20,000 cubic yards of sand at this beach in 2024, but by the fall of 2025, it was gone, leaving the nearby railroad tracks and homes at risk, jeopardizing the region's most valuable asset, its beaches.” They’ve come up with a solution. There is a viral video on socials A young Black Zulu woman destroyed his sand art, arguing that the sand is free and he doesn’t own it. She told him he should work hard in life instead of fighting over things that don’t belong to him. She added that he is poor because his parents didn’t work hard for him, which is why he’s hungry and spends his time nagging people on the beach, begging for “stupid” donations.😡💔😭 If you wish to donate, the details are on the video below

Geologists studying massive chevron formations found something wind alone couldn’t explain: marine microfossils buried in the sand. Here’s the clue—these tiny shells show one smooth side and one side pitted by sandblasting. That means they were likely swept in by a tsunami, then weathered by wind over time. Nature leaves fingerprints—and these fossils may be evidence of ancient ocean waves far larger than anything in recorded history.

Here is my footage from the 'Second Sphinx' mound. All these shafts were buried in sand until 2017. They weren't even visible on the surface. They are only 20 - 30 feet from the subterranean voids detected by Biondi and you can see passages extending horizontally south directly toward them. Why not clear the sand from these shafts? And those of you still saying 'they've all been explored - they're just burial shafts', prove it! The work of Junker, Steindorf and Reisner a century ago gave us only very limited information, and they did not have GPR equipment either. I say we clear the sand from every one of the 1,000+ shafts on the Plateau, film and photograph every inch of them (and their connecting horizontal passages), and scan below them. Why not??? Clearing sand and GPR scanning are harmless and yet extremely informative. See the whole video here:

At the American Cemetery in Normandy, where rows of white marble headstones stretch farther than the eye can see, I can't help but think of my own family... of fathers, of grandfathers, of men who wore the uniform and answered the call. On that sacred French ground, something quietly powerful happens. 🙏 Caretakers, local volunteers, devoted staff— and historians, move with purpose and respect. They kneel beside each headstone and gently rub sand from Omaha Beach into the engraved letters. I imagine those grains of sand still holding the weight of that day... June 6, 1944. The names come into focus. Clearer. Stronger. Alive again. And I stood there, even if only in my mind, thinking how something so simple could carry so much meaning. I found it so honorable that people-many who never knew these men-would take the time to make sure their names are seen, remembered, and never lost to time. It made me think about those young men— many not much older than boys-who stormed that beach, who never made it back home. Men like the ones in my own family... cut from the same cloth of duty, courage, and love of country. That sand is more than a symbol. It's a bridge. 🙏🇺🇸

Ikaria has some stunning, unspoilt beaches. They easily rank among the best in Greece. This is Mesakti Beach to the west of the village of Gialiskari. What a fine stretch of sand! And that sea colour! The water is still a bit cold, but once you're in, it's perfectly fine to swim.
