Like why do both of the characters think this way and what’s the trauma. There’s a backstory to the characters, which will give it more weight/depth in the later episodes. 🦋: we’re very happy that everyone/fans want to come and watch us in the first ep. We also wanted everyone to come and watch with us on the big screen. 🧸: yes, we’re very happy to see the fans. The last time was our first time, so we were nervous (excited nervous) and it was a bit scary. But since this one is now our second series together, I feel like it’s going to be more fun because we now know what it’s like to watch it with the fans – it’s like being at a boxing match and cheering. And for this series, P’Lena also said that it’s going to feel more like we’re cheering at a boxing match than the last series. 🦋: to be real with you, it’s gonna make you shy/blush because the scenes in the series are like…give you goosebumps and especially having to watch it on the big screen, it makes the viewers feel it more. 📺The Unknown Comic on The Gong Show in 1978 is pure chaos 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Murray Langston walks out with a paper bag over his head and somehow makes it work. The speed of the jokes, the weird little dance, the total commitment to the bit — it’s the kind of thing that shouldn’t land, but it does. Watching Chuck Barris try to keep a straight face while this guy is just going full throttle is half the entertainment. There’s something special about how loose and unpolished the whole show felt. No one was trying to look cool. They were just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what stuck, and somehow this bag-headed guy became one of the most memorable acts of the entire run. It aired Sept. 27, 1980, and was taped Sept. 10, 1980. The idea that "Hulkamania" was first deployed as an obnoxious heel phrase from a vainglorious Hogan - and not after Rocky III as part of his face turn - blew our minds. So Hulkamania was running wild in 1980, and the fans hated it! Here Hogan also hints at magazine and TV offers coming in. We wonder, is this the earliest hint at Stallone's interest in him?
