The way they portrayed anxiety here was honestly spot on. ๐ญ

Of course they had to, it's literally a movie based off emotions

The movie was very emotional

Anxiety did let go

You guys need to study ๐ this is how humans develop complex emotions. Around teenage years our brain starts combining emotions. Which is why they seem so temperamental and dramatic, their brain is learning to self regulate complex feelings. Some of you clearly voted for T๐ฉ

I felt it from the outside here

This is how I feel internally

Sometimes we need to let go of some things

They captured anxiety so realistically, you could actually feel it. ๐ญ

Anxiety PISSED me off so badโฆ like stfu stupid lil bitch ass and sit THE. FUCK. DOWN.

Yes anxiety was really off

More of situational anxiety, but for anyone who has had anxiety this is spot on.

Sometimes, you shouldnโt let too much positives and too much negatives define you, you should accept both to truly be yourself The emotions hug Rileyโs true self as she was having a panic attack. You need to find comfort in yourself and others when everything feels overwhelming

Some bullshit movie this is teaching fake shit that donโt even happen

Yes you're a goood person

He had to let her go

Is anxiety a nessasary emotion though? In the first movie it made sense why you needed sadness it helped you get over things it also keeps you from becoming a sociopath but the movie never brings that up. Anxiety though that just sounds like fear with extra steps

"She" portrayed Anxiety very well in this

If anxiety was a real person

they hugged her exposed nerve

anxiety the excuse of the useless

Should've put that ugly troll in a cage

I watched this with my family last summer and this scene really spoke to me. Humans are such complicated beings.

They made us see what anxiety can cause
