@PaulSpacey He absolutely meant to hurt him. I give refs the benefit of the doubt a lot as I am one, but that’s a simple call. Was watching an MLSNext game with another ref on the side. Player dove for a penalty, we both called dive. Penalty awarded. It’s a hard job, but not that call.

Red for me because it looks intentional and endangers the safety of the player but at the very least it’s a strict yellow with a very stern warning for the player. Ref was weak.
