They really tried to spin a narrative here that Drake and Wayne have beef, really make up stories when they don’t have one. Crazies duo to exist just one of many classics, Drake and Wayne performing “Believe Me” Hot 97’s Summer Jam in 2014, Nicki Minaj brought them out.

🚨 DJ Akademiks says there’s only TWO artists from Drake’s past he wants to see collaborate with him moving forward: 🔥 Nicki Minaj 🔥 Lil Wayne According to Ak, every other rapper Drake has worked with over the years can stay in the past. 🗣️ “If it’s not Nicki Minaj and it’s not Lil Wayne, I think Drake is better by himself.” Ak made it clear he has no interest in nostalgia collaborations or reunion records with Drake’s former rap peers. 🗣️ “We don’t care how good the first song was. We don’t care how good the second song was. Time’s up.” 🚫 No old collaborations. 🚫 No reunion records. 🚫 No ‘bringing back the feeling.’ Ak says the only exception is Young Money. 👑 He believes fans are overdue for another Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne posse cut, comparing the anticipation to when the trio released “Seeing Green.” 🗣️ “We need another ‘Seeing Green.’ We need that bad.” While replaying Young Money classics, Ak argued that no rap collective past or present could generate the same excitement as Drake, Nicki, and Wayne appearing on a track together in 2026. 👀 He even questioned whether reunions from groups like: MMG Roc-A-Fella TDE would create the same level of anticipation. 🗣️ “I don’t think there’s any group we want to hear more than Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne on a posse cut.” Ak spent part of the stream revisiting “Seeing Green” and “No Frauds,” praising the chemistry between all three artists and calling their collaborations some of the most replayable records in modern hip-hop. He also reflected on Drake and Nicki’s relationship, suggesting that after everything that’s happened in the industry over the last few years, Drake may now better understand some of the points Nicki has been making publicly. 🎯 Bottom line: Akademiks says Drake doesn’t need to revisit old partnerships or chase nostalgia. The formula is simple: 🦉 Drake 👑 Nicki Minaj 🐐 Lil Wayne And give the fans a long overdue “Seeing Green Part 2

DJ Akademiks played Lil Wayne WEEZY F & Nicki Minaj’s “Banned From NO” Remix on his live stream. Akademiks says that one thing he likes about Nicki Minaj is that she’s a straight shooter. He says that when it’s said & done Nicki Minaj is so much number one and one thing she always does is rapping, always got bars. Akademiks says Nicki Minaj is like the only female that is still rapping out here, still care about it. The rest of the females act slutty & drop a slutty song, NO LYRICS. Nicki’s still punchline baring, Nicki is still winning from like the 20 years ago formula, CUZ SHE COULD RAP. He ends by saying that Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne & Drake should drop a 7 song EP & go on a 15 city stadium tour. He calls them the titans, moguls the goats & that you could only find Nicki Minaj once in a lifetime, Lil Wayne once in a lifetime & Drizzy once in a lifetime.

Maybe they’ll listen to Nicki since Drake is going through it now. they scrutinized her and called her bitter. Now that Drake is going through it maybe you’ll understand. Billboard is a scam in 2025 that does not reflect the most successful songs each week b/c they allow radio to weight the most points on the hot 100 chart. Drake’s Nokia is number 1 on all metrics but because Kendrick has 45 million more on radio Kendrick will Remain at number 1. Imagine how many artists who don’t have the fan base of a Nicki or Drake that have been robbed but have no one to speak up for them !

J. Cole says it was "disgusting" how people tried to tear down Drake, while also saying he was proud to see Kendrick Lamar have his moment. "The 'out of hand' that to me is disgusting, how people try to use that opportunity to either show how they really felt about Drake the whole time, or just like pile on and tear this dude down and create a narrative as if he's not great. It was a whole campaign."

Watters: Here's the problem with guys, they take women too seriously. You don't really listen to these women. They will say things. Just goes in one ear and out the other. We are toxic? Here is a drink, babe. That's done. They love that. They are beautiful little creatures. We just have to adore them and shower them with love and attention. That is really all they want.

One label produced Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj — three of the greatest to ever do it. All three walked out owning the least. That's not bad luck. It's a system. I read Young Money like a 10-K. The ownership footnotes tell the whole story. 🧵

SHOOTERS DON’T NEED TO SHOOT EVERY PASS!! Players that can really shoot the ball have such an offensive advantage bc they force the defense to close out hard on to them. Many times, bc they are such good shooters, they feel like they need to shoot a high volume of 3’s…. Helping them realize they can turn some of the semi contested 3’s in to paint touches to create easy 2’s for themselves or open shots for teammates can make them more effective, and open up MORE THREES for them.

One of the many things that I do that makes me very happy. Coaching these boys and giving them opportunities in a village that doesn’t really get much. Making these boys believe that they have a space in this world and in football. United Warriors FC will grow to be a big team.

Joe Budden asks The Dream about the making of Exodus 23:1 and the creation of it amongst the beef between Pusha T and Lil Wayne. It gets spicy because The Dream and Lil Wayne have the same mother to some of their children (Nivea) and Lil Wayne also dated Christina Milian, The Dream's ex-wife. It was widely rumored that I Luv Your Girl was a diss towards Lil Wayne at the time. They have since buried the beef that was between them.
