There is a major concern about Data Centers that are using closed loop cooling systems that’s not being talked about There are a lot of chemicals being put into the water used in these systems. That water has to be flushed out every couple years Whistleblowers say that chemical water is being pushed into our streams and waterways and may have extremely limited cleaning requirements depending on state “I'm getting whistleblowers on the inside saying that they're taking all that waste and they're just running it down into the sewers. They're wanting to go to more closed cooling systems, and in those closed cooling systems, you still are gonna be using chemicals. There's no regulations about every 2 years when you have to clean out a cooling closed system, where are you gonna throw all of those chemicals?” “Taking polluted water and running it through system and dumping it into a river and it flows downstream, that will have a natural dilution, would resolve the issue, and it's not. Their land is mortgaged, the potato crops are mortgaged, everything's financed, they will basically lose their farms if they turn their water off. We're having one of the best water years that we've had in the last decade. There's more water than they know what to do with. In this kind of a year, they're deciding that they're going to close down 500,000 acres because of because of the new formula that have been introduced on the prerogative, I guess, of the Department of of Water Resources. None of it makes any sense. So they would say they're following through with this agreement that they had put in place a few years ago, and the farmers should have known. I've talked to the governor, and the governor's position is he can't do anything about this because it's mentioned in the constitution and the supreme court has weighed in, but honestly, when I talk to the attorneys they're saying that's that's not a truthful version of what the facts are. The governor's office has a whole lot of prerogative, the Department of Water Resources has the prerogative on how to interpret these laws. By the way, the law does give priority to the folks that have senior water rights, so that's parcelled true. But the governor, I'm gonna plead that the governor exercised leadership here and that the legislature exercise some leadership and put, build some framework. He calls the water company because that doesn’t make any sense, he wasn’t even home most of the month The water company tells him they no longer read meters, they instead do drive- bys. A worker drives through neighborhoods and an electronic signal is picked up from the meters recoding the readings If the reading fails, they just estimate the bill based on the usage at this time last year But here’s the thing, he didn’t even live in this place last year, they are estimating the usage based on the previous tenants usage because that’s who lived there The wild thing is, I looked into it and this is legal and many water companies do this. In fact if you challenge it and want a manual reading, they will charge you a fee to have someone come out and read it This is a scam

The LAFD whistleblower who exposed California Governor Gavin Newsom ordered them to remove Elon Musk from the Command Post and return the donated Starlink devices has conducted more firefighter interviews - Firefighters say Gavin Newsom is lying the Pacific Palisades fires water situation, they did run out of water. “A firefighter told me that he was on a street in the Pacific Palisades and not only did he run out of water, but they had insufficient hydrants” - The city allegedly did not consult with the fire department before they drained the reservoir - Not only were the hydrants spaced over 1,000 feet apart but the diameter of the hose holes was extremely small, not big enough to draw water needed - In addition to that water reservoir being empty in the Pacific Palisades holding 117 million gallons of water, they tarped it for environmental reasons - Because reservoirs are tarped for “environmental reasons” that means helicopters can’t access the water and suck out water for fire suppression for aerial help - Says firefighters are “calling bullsh*t on climate change” - Says the fires ARE ARSON - “They had a palisades fire in the exact same area three years ago caused by homeless, but no one wants to say it and everyone's afraid” - Says DEI has hindered response giving example of women not being able to lift the required weight when saving someone - “insane environmental regulations that Karen Bass has prioritized” has caused problems - “There was also beyond frustration about this multi-billion dollar water bond that was passed in 2014 by California voters to build reservoirs. It was meant to store and capture water.” Nothing was built. The LAFD whistleblower who exposed California Governor Gavin Newsom ordered them to remove Elon Musk from the Command Post and return the donated Starlink devices has conducted more firefighter interviews - Firefighters say Gavin Newsom is lying the Pacific Palisades fires water situation, they did run out of water. “A firefighter told me that he was on a street in the Pacific Palisades and not only did he run out of water, but they had insufficient hydrants” - The city allegedly did not consult with the fire department before they drained the reservoir - Not only were the hydrants spaced over 1,000 feet apart but the diameter of the hose holes was extremely small, not big enough to draw water needed - In addition to that water reservoir being empty in the Pacific Palisades holding 117 million gallons of water, they tarped it for environmental reasons - Because reservoirs are tarped for “environmental reasons” that means helicopters can’t access the water and suck out water for fire suppression for aerial help - Says firefighters are “calling bullsh*t on climate change” - Says the fires ARE ARSON - “They had a palisades fire in the exact same area three years ago caused by homeless, but no one wants to say it and everyone's afraid” - Says DEI has hindered response giving example of women not being able to lift the required weight when saving someone - “insane environmental regulations that Karen Bass has prioritized” has caused problems - “There was also beyond frustration about this multi-billion dollar water bond that was passed in 2014 by California voters to build reservoirs. It was meant to store and capture water.” Nothing was built. Where did the money go? “The state needs to clear brush, allow controlled burns, increase water storage, and hire based on performance alone. But Gavin's refusal to implement these solutions just further highlights his incompetence and inability to effectively do this job.”

There's a fish called the Smelt and we have far more fresh water runoff into the ocean than we should on the theory that it helps this one little fish that likes this fresh/salt water mix. But there's no evidence of this. So we should have more fresh water. This is just an example, but we would have saved a lot of trouble if we had done that."
