@bobfescoe None of this makes any sense. If it’s neither a soft tissue nor a serious structural injury (disc, pars stress), that leaves a minor degenerative issue that becomes symptomatic under load. So it’s about pain tolerance. And there are no benchmarks/timelines for pain tolerance.
