I needed this tonight. Thank you Alpha. I’m drained, exhausted mentally from reading and watching all of the negativity and lies. The gaslighting is what has been the most upsetting because we’re not stupid, we’re actually pretty smart. Not all of us can articulate things as well as others, but that does not mean we don’t get it. Sometimes we need to just step away for a little bit and take a break to recharge. For my own well-being, I think I need to take a break from social media and the news for a few days and spend a little more time in prayer and time with the family. 🙏😔
