OMG! The libtards in NYC are so st00pid! The bills sent to the landlords do not stop. There isn't a feeeze on their property taxes. What you gonna do when you have a leaky roof and the landlord can't afford to fix it ? Then what ? Cause that is what is gonna happen. The building will fall down all around you. But hey... at least you have a freeze on your rent.. right? Oh...and that does NOT mean that you don't have to PAY rent. It just means it won't be raised. Some of the people in the comment section on articles regarding this rent freeze amaze me with all of their stupidity. 🤦‍♀️🙄

A nation of five million cannot afford to punish its best for being best. It can only afford to demand more from them, and get out of the way. They are simply the ones who never built a system whose purpose was to make sure no one stood out.
