Peter Jackson on the greatness of Sir Christopher Lee: "Christopher spoke seven languages; he was in every sense, a man of the world; well versed in art, politics, literature, history and science. He was scholar, a singer, an extraordinary raconteur and of course, a marvelous actor. One of my favourite things to do whenever I came to London would be to visit with Christopher and Gitte where he would regale me for hours with stories about his extraordinary life. I loved to listen to them and he loved to tell them - they were made all the more compelling because they were true - stories from his time with the SAS, through the Second World War, to the Hammer Horror years and later, his work with Tim Burton - of which he was enormously proud. I was lucky enough to work with Chris on five films all told and it never ceased to be a thrill to see him on set. I remember him saying on my 40th Birthday (he was 80 at the time), “You’re half the man I am”. Being half the man Christopher Lee is, is more than I could ever hope for. He was a true gentleman, in an era that no longer values gentleman. I grew up loving Christopher Lee movies. For most of my life I was enthralled by the great iconic roles he not only created - but continued to own decades later. But somewhere along the way Christopher Lee suddenly, and magically, dissolved away and he became my friend, Chris. And I loved Chris even more. There will never be another Christopher Lee. He has a unique place in the history of cinema and in the hearts of millions of fans around the world." (Peter Jackson's FB post after CL's death, 2015) P.S: Remembering the great British actor, Sir Christopher Lee, on his 104th birthday! Clip from: The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) Director: Peter Jackson

💥Scott Jennings👏 “I think when the shooter pulled the trigger in Utah, he thought he was ending a movement. He thought if he could kill someone like Charlie Kirk, he could kill what Charlie stood for.” “That the rest of us would get the message, that we would heed the warning: ‘Silence yourselves or we will do it for you.’ That’s what they thought.” “But in trying to silence one voice, I believe they’ve created thousands. And in trying to end one conversation, they have started millions.” “Ultimately, what Charlie stood for was faith and freedom. And here’s the thing about those two items: You can’t kill them.”

They tried to silence a generation, but instead, they raised one that refuses to break. Children who once knew only loss, fear, and emptiness grew into voices of courage, hands that build, and hearts that refuse to hate. Today, they stand in the light, not because the past was easy but because they refused to let it define the end. #Kwibuka32

She said it was an accident... but nobody believed her. 😳💔 🎬 The Sopranos (2004) 👤 James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano | Drea de Matteo as Adriana La Cerva | Michael Imperioli as Christopher Moltisanti One late-night car crash sparked a rumor so explosive that it nearly destroyed multiple relationships. As the gossip spread, Christopher was forced to decide whether to trust the woman he loved or believe the whispers surrounding Tony and Adriana. There is a beautiful cycle to things: they start, they happen, and they end. Hosting was honestly one of the hardest, most painful things I've ever experienced. But looking back, it was also one of the most deeply rewarding experiences of my entire life.

The moment the predators thought the elephant was an easy target… 🐘🔥 But in the wild, one wrong move can be the end of everything. When the giant loses its patience, strength and survival instinct take over. 💥🦁

Andrew Jackson famously said that the banks were trying to kill him, but he would kill them first…& they tried, sending an assassin who would miss his shot before Jackson literally beat him with a cane. What a legend. Jackson would cancel the charter of the second bank of the United States and the result was the most prosperous middle class in the history of the world. That’s what they took from you in 1913. That’s what the Federal Reserve is about.

They mocked the quiet old man and took his cane-thinking he was just another easy target. But one phone call... and the entire room went silent. Because the truth? Their leader had just disrespected his own family-without even knowing it.

Eric Trump says THEY are trying to kill DJT: “Let me just be very clear. They are trying to kill the man. They are trying to kill my father. They are trying to kill the 45th President of the United States… That man is a hero to so many Americans. This is a guy who saved this country. This is a guy who spent the last decade fighting tooth & nail, under the most unthinkable attacks, to save the country. Against his own comfort. Against his own family’s interest. Against his business issues. They tried to take him down. They tried to throw him in jail. They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to separate his family. They tried to take him off the ballot and subvert democracy in this country… They did everything and yet that man is still fighting!..” It’s truly incredible what the man has gone through to save our country. History will treat him well.

One moment Adriana thought everything was normal, and the next she was riding toward a fate she never saw coming. Reality check: Betrayal hurts the most when it comes from someone you trusted. Sometimes the people closest to you hold the power to change your life forever. 🎥 The Sopranos 🔥 Credit to: HBO Who else thinks this was one of the most heartbreaking moments in the entire series?

Sir Christopher Lee considered "The Crimson Cult" (1968) to be one of the worst movies in his entire career. He only accepted the part as he came to know about Boris Karloff's deteriorating health, and he wanted to work with Karloff for one last time. Karloff was 80 at that time. The photograph of Boris Karloff which was taken after the production of this movie, was placed on the walls of Christopher Lee's home. It was signed by Karloff & it stated, "Dear Christopher, many many more together, I hope." Karloff died shortly after the movie was released.

Jonathan LaPaglia auditioned for the role of Christopher in The Sopranos. Obviously, he didn't get the part but did return as Christopher's alter ego Michael in "Cleaver". He even attended Christopher's wake in one of the last episodes of the series.

Feech LaManna gets set up by Tony. Just when her thought he was out. They pulled him back in. This is low-key one of the saddest scenes in the entire series. Just him glancing outside the prison bus, seeing the monotony of life and being near reduced to tears at the thought of never seeing the outside world again. 🎥: The Sopranos
